Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please use the contact form under the support section with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs of returned items in most cases. 
  • When returned item is received and inspected, you will receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Sometimes customers input the incorrect email address and thus do not receive the confirmation email. If this is the case please contact us via the contact form in the support section and use the subject "Can't find my order". Please provide as much detail about your order so we can help locate it for you. 

The canopy is available for purchase and is sold separately from the Mambo Baby floats. Please ensure your float is compatible before ordering. It should include 4 loops where the canopy is attached to each side.

Please be aware that there are some websites that claim to sell authentic Mambobaby products but do not deliver authentic floats or may not even send anything at all. If you are unsure please contact the website directly. We can not issue refunds or replacement for any products that are not ordered from us directly. 


Here are a few tips to help you identify potential scams or fake products:

1. There prices are extremely low. Less than $50 for a mambo baby float is not even possible and is surely not an authentic product. 

2. They do not respond to emails after 48 hours. 

3. No PayPal option. There are a few legitimate resellers of Mambobaby products and if you are concerned its always best to pay with PayPal to ensure 100% buyer protection. 


If you believe you have been affected by one of these website we encourage you to take action to verify your order quickly. 

Our products have been approved and certified in many countries as one of the safest baby floats on the market. Our floats use the same material found in conventional life saving devices. With that said, unfortunately at this time they are not Coast Guard Certified. We are working hard on getting this certification. 

Our shipping estimates are not guarantees and right now are about 1-2 weeks and sometimes longer depending on where you live.  You should have received your tracking numbers when the item shipped out with more details.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, please be aware that there may be shipping delays that are out of our control. Depending on your location, we see shipments taking anywhere from 1-2 weeks and on rare occasions longer. If you do not receive your package within 30 days please let us know and we will look into the issue with the carrier. If your package is deemed lost by the carrier we will provide a full refund for your order.

It takes some time once a tracking number is issued to populate in the system. Information should show up within 5 days of getting your tracking number. 


Unfortunately sometimes the tracking system on our website does not communicate with the carriers properly. In this case we would recommend to use the Global Parcel Tracker. Please input your tracking numbers on https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking. This can search all carriers across the globe for package and should give better insight to where your package is.

There is no guarantee we will be able to change the shipping address and its based if your order has been processed on not yet.

In order to provide our customers with the lowest prices possible and in order to meet demand we ship all our product direct from the factory. We ship from one of the two factories that are located outside the USA depending on your location.

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the item. Please send us a photo of the item and a detailed explanation on why you would like to return it or have it replaced.

Once the refund/return request is approved we will provide you with a shipping address to send the item to. The buyer must pay for the return shipping cost in most cases.

Once we receive the item and inspect its contents we will issue a refund in full for the item to your original payment method.

STANDARD ONE YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: 

All our products carry a limited one year warranty against defects. The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

 WARRANTY LIMITATIONS 

This warranty does not include:  Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use. Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage. Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse. Normal wear and tear.
